Before you even think about making a character and beginning to role play, look here!
General Rules
- No bullying or harrassing. Cyberbullying will not be tolerated. If you feel like you are being bullied, PM an Admin immediately and explain the situation, show them the thread etc. If it is found to be harrassment, the harrasser will have their IP blocked.
- The movie and characters of Avatar are (c) to James Cameron. You cannot play a canon character. Besides, don't you want to play your own creation? You can, however, have a relation in some way to a canon character, but ask permission of the Admin first - we don't need five million Ney'tiri and Jake children running around.
- You can swear and curse at a minimal - there are younger people here. Also, keep the violence down. If you feel like a really grossly detailed role play and you are over sixteen, head down to the 16+ board. You'll have to PM a staff member to get the password.
- Please be active. We will have activity checks every now and again. If you are however going overseas or have real life problems, we understand and won't push you to be active, but do try to tell us if so.
Character Rules
- No canon characters. Sorry to you folks who were hoping to play Ney'tiri and Jake, but wouldn't it be more fun to play your own creation?
- No more than two accounts per person, and no more than three characters per person. It would be much easier to keep track of all your characters that way.
Role Playing Rules
- Don't give your Human or Na'vi supernatural powers. As far as I can remember, I don't think Tsu'tey randomly conjured fire and fried poor Jake to death. So, no godmodding, autohitting, or powerplaying. Not quite sure what these are? Look here.
- Role play in third person - it's easier to understand and follow.
- Please paragraph role play - I do not want to see some sloppy sentences.
- Do not play your character until it is approved by a staff member.
The Biggest Rule Of All
- Have fun! This isn't all about rules - remember to let loose too. Keep your toes in line and you'll be fine ♥
